]]> [email protected] (Jen Heideman Photography) https://jenheideman.zenfolio.com/blog/2020/10/michelle-makepa Sun, 11 Oct 2020 15:44:24 GMT https://jenheideman.zenfolio.com/blog/2019/4/fort-bragg Fort Bragg is a wonderful spot to getaway to!  We loved renting a couple of bikes and pedaling along the coast.  Relaxing and wonderful!  Glass beach is an old dumping area where the glass bottles have been broken down and smoothed over.   It gives a fun color to the sand.  If we had more time we would have explored Russian Gulch more as it's a beautiful area (where we saw the sunset behind the bridge).  There's a hike there to some waterfalls that look amazing!  We also loved rushing out to the Point Cabrillo lighthouse in just enough time to catch the sunset!  We'll be back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast!  ​​​​​

]]> [email protected] (Jen Heideman Photography) https://jenheideman.zenfolio.com/blog/2019/1/visiting-italy Sat, 26 Jan 2019 02:25:35 GMT https://jenheideman.zenfolio.com/blog/2017/10/fall-quest-2017 Every year I love to get out and find those fall leaves!  There's a actually a great website, www.californiafallcolor.com that gives updates on the latest fall colors, which is a dream come true for me!  Love new ideas on places to explore.  This last weekend, Dan and I got out to the Hope Valley area and went with some friends to the vineyards in Fairplay.  We found some fantastic fall color!  Shooting late afternoon helps bring out rich colors.  The sun behind aspen trees really brings out yellow leaves against blue skies.  Love it!  If you'd like any fall for you wall, ask me about ordering a print of any of these!
